What is LCI

LCI estimates whether your financial strength is improving in real terms.

More

Use the same evaluation model across moments in time. Core outputs are Monthly Breathing Room (personal buffer) and GRV (macro-adjusted purchasing strength).

Economic environment

Context from macro pressure and regional signal conditions.

More

Confidence scale: Experimental <35 · Low 35–59 · Moderate 60–84 · High 85–100

GriGsi signals

Signals provide context, while your inputs define personal evaluation.

More

Community price observations and official sources are combined into a context layer used to interpret each snapshot result consistently.

Labour Coverage Index (LCI)

One headline number per moment: how much basic life your hourly work can cover (0–100). Compare different years or places — open Details on each result for the full breakdown.

Optional details — country for official figures

Type two letters, e.g. BG for Bulgaria. Helps match inflation and rates when your area has no regional index yet. Do not leave the placeholder text — type the letters yourself.

Used for Labour Coverage Index (hourly wage from income). Leave blank for 173.

Moments to evaluate

Your check history is saved in this browser and in the file you download. Merge from file only adds entries that are not already present (same id); nothing is deleted or overwritten.

Trend

LCI Core over recent server snapshots (6-hour recompute cadence).

Core basket weights

v0.1 fixed weights. When regional crowd signals exist, approximate crowd subscores appear per line.

Advanced details (methodology and source registry)

Sources registry (transparency)

Canonical ingest definitions — same registry the server uses. Placeholders mark planned feeds.

Methodology & normalization

LCI Core combines a macro layer (World Bank inflation & lending by active country signals, with BG fallback, plus commodity closes where available) with crowd price signals when regional density allows. Confidence reflects sample strength, diversity, recency, and local consensus — see API /api/lci/meta for band thresholds.

GRV driver map (contract)

Five locked drivers → subcomponents (ingest targets). Same payload as grv_subcomponent_catalog in /api/lci/registry/public. No scoring applied here.
